I’m Emily Franz, an operations and administrative professional with years of experience supporting businesses behind the scenes—solving problems, serving customers, organizing information, and making sure important work gets done.

My appreciation for good systems extends well beyond my professional life. I’m a wife and mom of five boys, and ours is a busy home filled with school schedules, sports, work, responsibilities, and all the moving pieces that come with raising a family. It has given me a very practical relationship with organization: I don’t believe in systems for the sake of systems. I believe in creating order so we have more time and attention for the things—and people—that matter.
That perspective follows me into my work. I’m comfortable managing competing priorities, determining what actually needs attention, and taking ownership of work that feels tedious, scattered, or overwhelming. There’s something deeply satisfying to me about taking a pile of loose ends and turning it into a process someone can actually rely on.
I’m equally interested in where that work is headed. AI, automation, and better technology give small businesses opportunities to work more efficiently than ever before. I want to continue learning those tools and applying them thoughtfully—not simply because something can be automated, but because it genuinely makes the business work better.
At the center of that philosophy is something I don’t expect technology to change: business is ultimately about people. Good operations should respect the time and dignity of the business owner, the people doing the work, and the customers trusting that business to serve them well.
I want the systems I help create to make work more organized and efficient without making it impersonal. Modern tools, thoughtful systems, clear communication, dependable follow-through, and respect for the human beings on both sides of the business.
